Menu Plan Monday 11/22/10

November 22, 2010 — Leave a comment

I have decided to streamline my menu planning for next year, by devising a 6 week rotating plan. When it comes to our family favorites, I will be rotating some of them every 2 weeks, some every 3 weeks, some every 4 weeks, and the remainder every 6 weeks. In an effort to leave room for variety and trying out new recipes I find, I have decided to plan quite broadly, such as Soup on certain days, which will allow me to make a soup based on what we have on-hand, as well as pork, beef, beans or chicken on other days.
